About DRASY™
DRASY™ specializes in creating automation tools that help professionals work faster. Our first product, DRASY™ Drafting Assistant Standard, is being developed to automate repetitive Civil 3D tasks, improve drafting consistency, and keep project workflows organized.
Looking ahead, we plan to expand into practical Windows applications and CAD plugins for office professionals, architects, civil drafters, and land surveyors.
Our Story
DRASY™ began with a drafter who spent about 15 years facing familiar challenges like repetitive tasks, demanding deadlines, and time-consuming workflows. As the saying goes, “Necessity is the mother of invention.”
Behind those challenges was a persistent belief that a difficult task is a chance to improve. He kept thinking, “There has to be a better way.” That mindset, paired with curiosity about software development, inspired him to learn on his own and create custom CAD commands that automated everyday work. As those tools proved useful to colleagues, they were adopted across the company’s drafting team.
That experience led to DRASY™, a way to bring practical automation to a wider community. Starting with Drafting Assistant, our purpose is to help professionals spend less time repeating steps and more time applying their skills in designing, drafting, organizing project information, and solving problems that require their expertise.
